For many years I was an officer for the Oklahoma City chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals. Facts about hiring in Oklahoma caused me to be bothered by the lack of leadership development in IT in Oklahoma. With the help of Bobby Rockers and Rod Irshad, that inspiration gave birth to a list of skills and a training program for the next generation of IT leaders.
